PACKING SIZE : 20 kg
DOSAGE & COVERAGE :
5bag [ 20kg ] of INSULITE per 1 bag [50 kg] of CEMENT and water 40-50 litres , this will cover @ 55-60 sq.ft area for 75 mm thick layer
NOTE : The coverage may vary depending upon density of cement , undulations of the surfaces and the quantity of water used.
Application :
The surface to be treated with INSULITE shall be free from any dust , dirt , grease etc.

INSULITE - a light weight aggregate is to be mixed manually or by mixer( for 2-3 minutes) in proportion with cement as per recommended dosage indicated above , add water to dry mixture and screed the mortar to desired thickness . the mixture is then to be laid over the substrate (i.e RCC slab / corrugated or plain A.C sheet etc) , and lightly compacted evenly , curing is recommended by sprinkling water 3-4 times in a day , continued for minimum 7-10 days.

INSULITE layer shall be covered for water proofing with roofing material like IPS , Mosaic tiles , china mosaic or 1:4 cement mortar ( where foot traffic is negligible)
